Information we collect
When you request a demo, we may collect your name, business email, mobile number, business ZIP code, service category, request details, consent choice, consent-text version, submission time, and technical security data such as IP address and request identifiers.
How we use information
We use this information to provide the requested SaveX demonstration, respond to customer-care questions, protect the service from abuse, maintain consent and opt-out records, and meet legal or carrier-compliance obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Text messaging data
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. We send text messages only when you affirmatively select the SMS consent checkbox or otherwise directly request a text conversation. You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
We may use service providers strictly to operate the messaging program and the underlying infrastructure, including Twilio as our communications processor. Such providers process data only to deliver the requested service and are not permitted to use SMS consent for their own marketing.
Retention and security
Demo requests are encrypted at rest and retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the requested service, security, compliance, and recordkeeping. Opt-out suppression records may be retained longer so that we continue to honor your choice. We apply access controls, encryption, and data minimization, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
International processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours. We use reasonable contractual and technical safeguards for those transfers.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable legal exceptions, by emailing managerhomeserbia@gmail.com. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
Updates
We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
